Restripe or new layout

Most lots just need the existing lines repainted, especially after a fresh sealcoat. If your lot has never been striped, or the layout doesn't work, we can lay out a new one.

Before we paint

  1. Walk the lot

    We look at the layout, traffic flow and where accessible stalls need to be.

  2. Clean

    Paint needs a clean surface. We blow the lot off first.

  3. Lay out

    Lines are measured and marked so stalls are even and straight.

  4. Paint

    Striping machine, straight lines, sharp edges. Then it dries.

Common questions

How long does parking lot striping take?

It depends on the size of the lot and the layout. Most small and mid-size lots are done in one visit. We plan around your hours so the lot stays usable.

How long before cars can park on new lines?

Traffic paint dries fast in warm weather. We keep the area blocked until the lines are dry.

Can you stripe a lot that was just sealcoated?

Yes, once the sealer has cured. Sealcoat covers the old lines, so restriping is part of most sealcoating jobs on lots.
