Working around your hours

A lot can't just shut down for a week. We plan the work in sections or around your closed hours so customers and members can still get in. Tell us when your lot is busiest and we'll work around it.

For churches, that often means sealing early in the week so the lot is cured and striped well before Sunday.

Common questions

Can you work on our lot while we're open?

We can work in sections or when you're closed so the lot stays usable. Tell us your busy times when you call.

How many accessible (ADA) parking spaces does my lot need?

Under the 2010 ADA Standards, the minimum depends on the total number of spaces: 1 for 1 to 25 spaces, 2 for 26 to 50, 3 for 51 to 75, 4 for 76 to 100, and so on. At least 1 of every 6 accessible spaces must be van accessible. See our ADA striping page for more.

Can you restripe my lot after sealcoating?

Yes. Sealcoating covers the old lines, so we restripe once the sealer has cured. We can repaint the same layout or lay out a new one.

Do you work on church lots, cemeteries and private roads?

Yes. Church lots, cemetery lanes and private drives are a big part of our work. You can see several in our gallery.

Do you give written estimates for commercial lots?

Yes. We'll look at the lot and give you a price. Call (304) 997-7253 or use the free estimate form.
